Telegram Game 'Farm Frens' Plots Token Launch and Airdrop for January

The developer behind the healthy game Telegram farm brakes and the upcoming tower defense game Everseed has set its token launch and air launch. Ethereum layer 2 network Base for next month. The studio also announced that it plans to bring the farming title closer to the world of Everseed as the token launches in the two games.

For months, players have been using the Farm Frens mini app on Telegram, tending their lands in a FarmVille-like twist on the tap to win gender. As is the case with most games in this sector, players have done so primarily with the promise of a slice of a future airdrop.

Everseed, on the other hand, is an upcoming tower defense strategy game based in the same universe as Farm Frens. While still in development, a NFT number for the game have already been released on Coinbase base network.

On Tuesday, Amihan Entertainment—the studio behind the games—announced via Farm Frens Twitter Account that this air launch will arrive in January 2025, although a specific date has not been set.

Allocations for the airdrop will be determined based on the total amount of nuts, soil, and dung earned in Farm Frens, as well as the total number of Everseed Ranger, Sprout, and Diddit NFTs held. All potential recipients need to do in advance is connect their wallet through the Farm Frens Telegram game.

“We will not announce the [specific] airdrop date in advance. It will be a surprise (but with progress),” Amihan co-founder Kenneth Liu, known as Kaizenwrote in a Medium post. “Those who are familiar with cryptocurrencies know very well that the early bird gets the worm, so keep your eyes peeled.”

But it looks like 2025 will have more in store than just an airdrop for fans of Farm Frens and Everseed.

“Next year, we want to do more to bring the two projects together beyond just token distribution,” Kaizen wrote. “So now we’re taking a little more time to prepare for an exciting united adventure as we innovate a form of next-generation interactive entertainment at the forefront of the intersection of cryptocurrencies and AI.”

With this announcement, Kaizen also revealed that the character amani—rated as your first Fren—has been voiced and piloted by AI this entire time. This is just the first step in the company’s experimentation with AI, and the company claims to be developing “new systems to develop the capabilities of crypto AI agents.” The co-founder concluded by saying that AI will be fundamental to the future of the studio and the games it creates.
