SolarWinds appoints Rahul Tabeck regional sales director for ANZ
The new appointment will support local channel partners and focus on improving relationships in the region.
IT management company SolarWinds has appointed a new regional sales director to manage the company’s business in Australia and New Zealand.
Rahul Tabeck will take on the role and bring 17 years of experience with cloud, SaaS and CMS applications to the role. Tabeck is expected to drive customer relationships while bringing new revenue acceleration strategies into play.
Bharat Bedi, CEO of SolarWinds Asia-Pacific and Japan, believes Tabeck is the perfect hire for the role.
“Rahul’s extensive experience in the IT industry and his knowledge of the Pacific region make him the ideal candidate to lead our ANZ operations,” Bedi said in a statement. “We are excited to have him on board and look forward to accelerating our ANZ customers’ journey to digital transformation with him together.”
Tabeck is excited about the opportunities the position presents.
“It is both exciting and challenging to join SolarWinds during such an exciting time,” Tabeck said.
“I see a huge opportunity as SolarWinds has become a full-stack observability software company that helps customers reduce the time to detect and resolve IT operations issues. This is a long way from becoming an infrastructure and network monitoring player. “I look forward to working with our customers and partners to understand our value and help them accelerate their digital transformation journey.”
SolarWinds will open its first data center in Australia in 2023.
