Salus Ventures launches strategic advisory program
Among the appointments are a former director general of Australia’s Secret Intelligence Service and a former US ambassador.
Venture capital firm Salus Ventures has announced a new Strategic Advisors Programme, along with the appointment of three senior advisors to its team.
Joining the program are former Australian Secret Intelligence Service Director General and Deputy Chief of Army Paul Symon; the former ambassador to the United States and John Howard’s chief of staff, Arthur Sinodinos; and former head of Operation Sovereign Borders, member of the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, and director of Austal, Rear Admiral Lee Goddard.
The three appointments will help Salus Ventures conduct due diligence and work with portfolio companies, driving Australia’s national security landscape and accelerating the adoption of emerging technologies in the areas of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, defense and automation.
