Rapid7 reveals its new command platform
The cybersecurity company’s new offering is an all-in-one threat exposure, detection and response platform.
Cybersecurity company Rapid7 has announced the launch of its new AI-powered command platform, a complete threat exposure, detection and response solution.
The new platform is designed to allow customers to combine their own security data to create a unified view of their exposures, threats and vulnerabilities “from the endpoint to the cloud.”
“Rapid7 customers can now rely on end-to-end visibility to truly monitor, manage and measure exposures and threats across their entire ecosystem with full business and environmental context, whether the data comes from Rapid7 or other providers, at a cost affordable”. Corey Thomas, president and CEO of Rapid7, said in a statement.
“When you trust what’s happening in your environment, you can quickly zero in on the highest-risk vulnerabilities and exposures to focus on the most critical assets that need attention.”
The first two Rapid7 Command Platform solutions are Exposure Command and Surface Command.
Exposure Command can help organizations detect and remediate exposures and receive assistance in addressing threats with advice from cybersecurity experts, while Surface Command enables organizations to proactively discover control gaps and other blind spots.
“Exposure Command and Surface Command are truly transformative for security teams,” said Craig Adams, senior vice president and chief product officer at Rapid7.
“Not only do they take the guesswork out of what’s happening in your environment or what risk to address first, but they also free up excessive time and money that teams spend on a multitude of tools, manually putting together inconsistent and disjointed reports to understand only a part. of its attack surface and security posture.”
